Prices - No Value Added Tax is added to any of our products. Top Tack International reserves the right to discontinue and amend prices as and when necessary.

Price Match - Our prices are very competitive and from time to time you may find a more competitive price elsewhere. In the unlikely event that you do find a cheaper price elsewhere please email us the link to the cheaper item and we'll happily do our best to match the delivered price you've found. We do not price match against auction websites, or any website where prices are displayed in a foreign currency.

Availability - All products are subject to availability. Products may be withdrawn at any time, including after an order has been placed. If Top Tack International are unable to complete your order, then you will be informed and given a refund for the product concerned. If your order consists of more than one item and Top Tack International are unable to complete your whole order then we can dispatch part of your order and refund what is not available or refund and cancel the whole order.

Deliveries  - All parcels will be delivered via Royal Mail/Courier. When your parcel arrives at your delivery address, a signature will be required to acknowledge receipt.

Stocked items will be dispatched within three working days.  Occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you and delivery dates will be estimates and subject to availability.

All orders over £75 will receive free delivery worth £4.99. This offer applies to mainland UK deliveries only. The following delivery charges apply for all other orders:

UK - £4.99
Southern Ireland - £8.95
Rest of Europe - £14.55
Rest of the World - £23.75

Any orders over 20kg may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate. Some countries airports do charge a handling fee. Please check with your countries legislation before processing your order.

Damaged or Undelivered Goods - Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please do not sign for them and report within 24 hours.

Returns - If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you the original price (this does not include delivery charge). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Made to measure items, Personalised and Special order items, DVD's, CD's, Videos, Underwear and Computer software. Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive at the address below.
